Scottish football books
Football dominates Scottish sporting publications. There are more books on football than on all other sports put together, so a truly comprehensive bibliography would be a major undertaking. This is, therefore, a selected list of books rather than a complete list, and does not include handbooks or small ephemeral items.
There is a separate page for the non-league game in Scotland.
For a more general football bibliography, I suggest consulting Scottish Football - A Sourcebook (1996, with updates) by John Weir, and A Football Compendium: a comprehensive guide to the literature of football (revised edition, 1999) by Peter Seddon.
